These are volunteer position for a member / owner of the credit union.  The Primary function of the Director position is (but not limited to): Setting policy, planning the credit union’s course, ensuring the credit union maintains its sound financial condition, keeping communication open to educate members on services,  reviewing the CEO/President’s progress in achieving goals and objectives, and reporting to the members at the annual Meeting.  All decisions should be guided by the best interest of the membership and credit union.  Training will be made available to you by the credit union.  Some travel will be needed for the training.  This will be an all expense paid training by the credit union.  New board members will be appointed at the meeting on Monday March 15th, 2010.  Please feel free to contact CEO Dan Sheetinger by email dsheetinger@nuvista.org or direct 970-497-5300 if there are further questions.  Click here for a copy of the code of ethics
